4th Generation Vancouver Canadian Tire 9003ST Deal?

As I was informed, and after I check the webpage, there is a special offer on Sylvania Silverstars and Cool Blue bulbs. "Special Offer Purchase a pair of Silverstar Lamp Bulbs and receive $7. Taxes payable on price before rebate. Offer expires June 30, 2005. Limit $14.00 maximum refund per household or address." I was getting a pair of 9003ST for my 99 LE, but no one at the store that I went (Port Coq. Crappy Tire) knows about the deal, so I just void the payment cause the chick scanned my card already.

Anyone else got the bulbs recently with the special? Plus one thing, I notice the conversion in FAQ but since I have gen4 i use neither 9005/9006. The reason for the conversion as the FAQ stated is cause of the colored tip on the bulbs, but I checked that all Silverstar has the tip colored in silver, no difference in 9005/9006. So it's fine for me to buy 9003 right?

I am setting those in low beam for sure, but would I need or want to do anything for the high beam?

I am planning to get a pair for my 97' too! Really hate those yellowish lights! I might take a look at Richmond's Canadian Tire.
