does anyone have experience with these things? they basically just stick on.. but how well do they stay on though?

Those came straight from the factory. A really rare option. I have seen it on a few Gen 3's. All driven by older people, so I highly doubt they could be aftermarket.

In the time that I was at Toyota I do not ever rememebr seeing one like that. We used to install spoilers all the time but none of the the lip spoiler. Just the one you see on them all the time.
