3rd Generation Maintance (Any ideas??)

Hi guys whats up. Well I finally finished my maintance for the car. I did the cap, rotor, plugs, wire set, and put in a new PCV valve. Plus I got Shell's V-power premium gas for the thing and dumped a whole can of Seafoam into the gas tank. She might be running rich but I put premium in there just in case, the seafoam lowered the octane or not. So far, I got the tranny fluid changed, radiator dumped, flushed, and refilled. I always get my oil changed either every 3 months, or 3,000 miles. I use a K&N oil filter and use valvoline Max life oil everytime I get a oil change.

What maintance am I missing for her? I'm tempted to dump the seafoam through the vacuum tubes but I'm worried that it might cause some leaks because shes going to hit 148000 pretty soon.

The only thing that I still need to do is redo the grounding wires for the car. I believe she has a bad ground point somewhere because she wouldn't start for me last winter even though she had a new battery put in two years ago I believe. I did get her to start the next day though.

THe only thing I see that we used to do on our 30k mile services that you did not do is the fuel filter. We also replaced the o-ring on the gas cap. Of course assuming the T-belt and all of that has already been done.
