need u guys help on power lock~

hi~
my passenger side door power lock is dead
while I unlock by power lock bottom and my sis unlock by hand at the same time...
>_<
I think it's sth off the "hook"
anyone know how to fix this ??

You got to take off the door panel and check the locking mechanism. There is a plastic clip that could be broken. The clip connects a metal rod that pulls the lock mechanism. When you open it up, you'll know what I mean.

If you don't know how to open up the door panel, it's kinda difficult to describe. One of us can give you a hand if you're in Toronto.
