first of all, hi!
I'm planning on buying a gen3 camry.
It looks good, has few Km on it (50k) (Im Belgian) and has a good price.

But why do you guys all think camery is 'the best' ?

and could someone explain (or post a link) what torque'n stuff is ? (I know: newbie)

Good choice! I have a Gen2 and a Gen3. Inspect the suspension carefully, especially the rear. They are known to be a problem.

Sales number prove that the Camry is the "best". If that is enough, then maybe that fact that you're getting toyota quality and reliabilty in a piece of machinery that is reasonably priced and rock solid in terms of performance may persuade you. Also, the fact that you're virtually getting a Lexus ES300 for a fraction of the cost is pretty persuasive too. Shall I continue? I'll let the others give you their opinions

suspension will be changed &lt;g&gt;,
in Belgium its more show than go...
we pay waaaaay too much fur taxes and fuel :sad:
anyways, I should be getting my wheels by christmas/newyear. Ill keep ya informed :razz:

4cyl/2.2 GL(yeh, european version :razz: )
auto transmission (its normal in europe to have a manual trans.)
