There is a red and white wire. White wire is for grounding, the best place for it will be found by removing the turn signal housing, you will find a bolt for grounding (there will be some wire connect to it already), loosen it a bit, and put the white wire there and tighten it (there are other similar grounding bolts, you can choose any one of it). The red wire will tap into the wire for the parking light. Cut open the protective plastic thing for the wires of turn signal light, 3 wires will be reveald, the wire you are interested in is green/orange in color. Tap into it, the halo will then work.
now my question is should my turn signal be on too? I'm pretty sure I disconnected the wire to hook up the angel eyes.. but should both be hooked up? I may have read what I was supposed to do to hook them up wrong.
I made my own halos and I wired them into the running lights. The one thing you need to know about halos is that the electricity in the LEDS flows one way. In order for the LEDs to come on, you have to splice into the 2 outside wires that run to you blinker. Whenever you turn on your running lights, the halo will come on. And when you hit your blinker, the halo will blink then your actual blinker. Back and forth. Looks pretty kewl at night. Good luck with yalls.
