2nd Generation idling problem PLEASE HELP!!!!

hi

I have a gen 2 with a 3S-FE just rebuilt, there is some kind of problem with the injectors/fuel rail, when the car starts, it runs well for about 20 seconds then there is this hissing sound (vacum???) and it runs like a pig, if i spray INOX (CRC) in the general direction of the fuel rail it stops and rusn well for a bit, I have removed the fuel rail and re seated the injectors, I had the injectors serviced when i rebuilt the engine, so I am lost for ideas? could it be the fuel damper or something else in the vicinity, any ideas?/?? PLEASE

maybe something with the fuel pump, or gunked fuel lines? i dunno, just what pops into my head at your description. or maybe it could be the ignition, like bad wires, plugs, or distributor cap and rotor....i had that issue causing my gen 3 to run like poo when it was humid out.

yeah i checked that out, and today I changed all the seals on the fuel injectors, and after I got it running i was looking and it suddenly became worse for some reason, i have checked every vacum line over and over, i'm out of ideas, it is a catastrophic vacum leak SOMEWHERE...
