Connecting To The Fuse Box??

I know nothing about working on cars, but I'm trying to learn what I need to know. I just bought a programmable horn, and I currently have it wired directly to the battery. However, it says in the instructions to wire it to the fuse box, and I don't want to forget to turn it off when I leave my car and run the battery down. I believe I've found the fuse box, so could someone tell me how I'm supposed to connect to it? Diagrams would be great. Thanx for any help! Also, the car I have is a 1991 Toyota Camry.

Tapping into the fuse box is ghetto rigging.

Splice into the ignition wire and use a inline fuse.

The ignition wire (black/yellow) can be found at the bottom of the steering column. Look for a bundle of large wires.
