Please Help with Compatability issue of JBL head unit

I have a 2005 Camry LE without the jbl and navigation. My stock headunit only has a single cd player. I wanted to upgrade this to the 6 indash cd changer headunit by jbl made for this vehicle. Do i just buy the head unit and install it or is there more to it like rewiring the car, the use of a harness, the jbl amp? also will it be compatabile with the steering controls? Thanks for the help

my opinion, cheaper to buy an aftermarket mp3 player or changer, or buy an oem multi-dish changer that doesn't require JBL amp.

if you insisted to go with "headunit by JBL", (by the way, JBL doesn't make Indash CD headunits, JBL makes amp), you can buy the oem 6cd-indash changer, buy the oem JBL amp, and buy an extra special oem wiring harnessl for JBL amp, and i am not sure about the JBL speakers.
