Do you have a V6, or 4-cylinder engine?

Most people do intakes and exhaust first.

Where in FL you live?

Yes, but the majority goes towards the rims first before exhaust and intake. My first mod was a TRD Strutbar. Still haven't installed it. It's just sitting in my closet.

^^ Springs first, then shocks.

But I think you specified engine mod, so I would say you actually mod ur engine first in the long run. This would ensure ur engine's durability to handle later on's high compression from F/I mod such as turbo. I'm sure you dun wanna blow ur engine, I think...

You forgot about the TRD oil cap and radiator cap.
Both items will bring in a whooping 18hp gain.

For perfomance:
I would personally do the air intake (cheaper) and exhause (more expensive).
K&N will run about $200.
Good exhause system, etc will run anywhere from $200-$400 easily.

For handling:
srings and struts (spring about $200), struts KYB-GR2 or tokico. from $200-350 + install.
throw in a rear sway bar. $150

A DVD player or a CD player. Those in-dash units are getting cheaper and cheaper.
