Tires

I need 4 tires for my 93 camry sport. All the ads I see (I live on Vancouver Island) mention

205 70 15 tires, but the ones on the car now are
205 65 15

Is there any real difference?

Thanks

John Owen

sorry but wrong... 70's are taller then 65... that # is referring to the height of the tires side wall... the first # refers to the width of the tire and the last number is the radius 15", 16".....

BUT, in his deal they are the same width. 205 as in 205mm width here. The difference here is the diameter of the tire.Locate a size chart to cross reference them. Go to kellyspringfieldtires.com for a sample. 8)
