hello all, i have a 1993 camry v6(3vzfe) 5 speed

224,000 miles, right now the car is running really rough like when your plug wires are completly gone..(been there fixed that 7 mos ago). the plug wires(standard) dist cap(standard) and rotor(standard) were replaced 7 mos ago, plugs were done maybe 2 years ago( 20,000 miles) with bosch platinums(popped the front three out they look a little aged but when compared to new the electrode looks the same. also the check engine light came on stayed on for 2 like two hours, and then its normal again running great, i park it overnight start it up the next day its rough again and the light came back on.
its seems to be worse when going up hill or under load(steering wheel shaking violently thinking the car is going to stall..
would a plugged cat act this way?

sometimes have sulfur smell after a while. (bolts are rusted or i would have tried to run it without the cat to figure out the problem.
update
i replaced the plugs checked cap and rotor seafoamed through brake booster. yesterday
still the same thing all be more guts when it is not acting as described.
does any one have any other ideas?
thank you
jamie
