hey all...this mite sound stupid or something or i mite sound stupid, but whatever. i'm just wondering. but i was just wondering if it were possible that the headlights for a 2000 or 2001 camry would be able to fit a 1999 camry. i would really like to have 2 lights for each headlight (low/high beam). and plus there's the fact that the headlight for the 2000 camry is much more clear and see through than the 1999. thanks guys
oh and if the headlights wont fit my car, any advise on what i can do?
It's called gen4.5 front end conversion. It has been cover endless amount of times, even I have made like 3 of those post recently LOL. Basically, you would need to change the head lamps (deh...), front bumper, hood, and fenders. For the lights themselves it's costly and not too worth the cost, plus you can't swap the rear ones so it looks a bit weird. But say if you plan on having a body kit and cf hood anyways, then front end conversion would worth the shot.
For just clear lense, either DIY by sanding the lense, which has been covered, or wait for good news from camry-4-ever on the gen4 projector head lights. Wait for other senior members to give you further suggestions, but these are the conclusion I have got from the past weeks of researching, cuz I was also looking to do gen4.5 convernsion, but I have tight budget.
