ok so recently(a month ago), i had played with my dash and taken off the green condoms off the bulbs and colored them. thats not the point though lol. it might be me, might be the car, but ever since then, my airbag light has been and stayed on. the other day, my ABS light came on! and to top that off, the light that tells you tail lights are out came on too!! now with the tail lights, they are fine.. i noticed when i start the car, its not on.. once i step on the brake, it comes and stays on. so it has been a few days now and all these lights are on. my gf told me to go get it checked but i said ill check with you guys first. so what do u think it is? could it be serious? should i check to see if there are any malfunction codes? help me out!
much like with a desktop computer that begins having a mind of it's own, it's always best to just reset. you maybe messed up some wiring or forgot to ground something but i dubt it's anything serious. try reseting.

check for a loose ground for your tail lights....thought personally, for something that simple, I'd just take the bulb out....which I did with mine
and the abs, if by pulling the battery it doesn't reset, you'll have to reset it yourself.
make a search in the camry forum- there have been multiple posts in the past about resetting hte abs light, and silverstreak actaully posted up the shop diagram on how to reset it using hte diagnositic ports
good luck

im just scared that it might be something serious. in regards to just pulling the bulb out, i wouldnt wanna do that, just in case the light comes on for its actual purpose. i will disconnect the battery tmrw.
question: does disconnecting the battery and pulling the ECU fuse do the same thing? will i be able to do one or the other and get the same results?
i disconnected my battery(both pos and neg) and pulled the EFI fuse. did nothing for me. i did notice that one of my tail lights ended up being out though. im doing a search right now but if someone can give me a quick answer as to what bulb # that is, that would be great. for the airbag and ABS, how do i "reset the srs system manually"?
