Gen5 A/C Condensation

Ok, I know that its normal for our Camry's to drip down water that has condensed from the A/C compressor after the car is off after using the A/C for a while. My problems is this: lately, every time it does this, more and more water is drained out... is it possible that the rising heat in the LA area is the causing more water to be condensed?? Or could it be some other problem?

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

no problem, it just depends on the humidity. it will be a problem when global warming causes the ocean to rise.

Only thing I can say is to check your fluid levels just to be sure. Otherwise, I don't see where else the water can be coming from. Warmer air holds more water, so like you mentioned, that could be why. Is it getting more humid?

I just checked the fluids (power steering, brake, tranny, oil, coolant, even the windshield washer fluid lol)... everything is at the full line of each container. I also checked under the car and there's not nearly as much water as there was yesterday... and I used my A/C both days... for about the same amount of time.

No, nothing on the interior. Its all dripping down from the engine bay after driving around with the A/C on.

hey guys you ought to see the lakes cars make around here, then there are mouldy evaporators, clogged drains, leaves and all kinds of neat stuff, water condenses on a cold evaporator just like a glass of cold water sweats on the table, the reason for this is warm air has alot of space in it to hold water called humidity, when the air contacts something cold it cools down and shrinks, water cant shrink along with the air so it just falls out of suspension and eather clings to the cold object or makes an icy mist, or rain, the more humidity in the air, the more fallout, and the warmer the air the more space for water. so around here at 95 degrees and 90 percent humidity, amything cold like a beer or an evaporator really makes a mess

Thanks, man. I ordered the bulbs off of www.superlumination.com ...they have a good selection of quality LEDs, and they have very competitive prices too. Thanks for the compliments. =)

Exactly. Thanks for backing me up. Might I also add that we (usually) don't see fog during the middle of the day because the warmer temperature has "burned" it off.
