SV21circuit relay problem

I've got a aussie sv21, being the caring camry owner i am i decided to give the engine bay a bit of a clean, i loaded it up with decreaser and off i went ready to clean, however when i went to re-start the beast it wouldn't. It turns over but there was no fuel getting to the spark, which was cause by the lack of fuel pump action later noticed. I connected the diagnostics between b+ and Fp and the fuel pump worked once the open circuit relay was bipassed. SO the fuel pump is fine and all point lead to the Open circuit relay, however im sure i must have cause this fault somehow during the washing phase, and don't want it to re-occur if i put a new relay in. Has anyoe else had this fault, also my thermofans are going as soon as i turn the key to ignition, anyone have any ideas why this is????....

Circuit opening relay is below the ecu and the ecu is behind the dash. So I don't see how it could of got wet.

Your sure that your getting spark? Remove the distributor cap and check for water inside of it. If you didn't cover up the distributor, water most likely got inside of it.

For the fans, check the fan relays. Theres 3 of them.
