3rd Generation Comment on tint headlight...

Hi, I have a gen3 camry, now I'm thinking of tinting its headlight... just a little dark. How do you guy think? I just want some recommendation.

if u don't wanna see at nite...

my friend (has a 92 Camry) has those tinted/"smoked" headlight covers but has to remove them at night so he can see...

Isn't that the supreme irony? Imagine buying HIDs, Sylvania Silvestars, or any of the "high" power lights ONLY to put those smoked things on your headlights.

My recommendation is to not tint them If you must, what will you use to tint them? Tint film?

i would do that, if it would even it out...well, if i liked the tinted look enough.

there's a spray tint that's sold in stores, forget the name of it but it seems to work really well. just sand the outside and spray. viola.

Oh well, thanks for the comments. I just want my gen3 stand out. And I cannot get clear headlight so I come up with this idea. Will the tint film do the job? I don't want to sand my old current headlight, hard to get another one... ah just don't want to spen extra $$. Oh, maybe try the spray first and then go with the film.... will post pic when I've done that.
