How can I find out how much tint I have on my car? Sorry if this has already been covered. I couldn't find anything on it. Also, does that ammonia method really work for removing tint? My rear tint is starting to get all bubbly and there are quite a few chips in the tint on my driver's side window.

Haha well I wasn't sure if it was printed on the sticker, I've looked before and couldn't find it, maybe I just wasn't looking in the right place. I thought about using a steam gun but I've got no idea where to get one.
Since you're in Texas and you should have some nice sun action going on right now, get a large BLACK trashbag, thuroughly spray the insided of the rear window down with water, tape the bag over the inside of the window and let it sit in the sun for an hour or two. The tint and glue should come off pretty easily depending on how old and the type of tint it is.
you can pick at window tiht.. you CANNOT pick at tinted glass :P
us eya fingernails...
gah its noob appear month again.... just like "how do i use contact? (the book covering stuff)"
