extra $$ to spend

Hey guys, Well i want to blow some $$ on my '02 Camry LE and here are my options

1. Sound Deadnor (Dynamat / Second Skin) $100 I install
2. Front and/or Rear sway bars (TRD) $150/$360 + Install
3. Lowering Springs (Tein S Tech/TRD) $190/$230 + Install
4. Short Ram Air Intake (Injen) $150 I install
5. 50% window tint $150 Install Included

I want to lower the car, but i don't want to loose ride comfort, and i saw that thread and most people recommend the spring and shock combo, unfortunatly i don't have that much money to spend Also i can't decide between the TRD and the TEIN, which ones do you guys recommend. Obviously TRD are going to set me back more than the TEIN but if it is better performance / quality, durability then i will go for it.

Any and all suggestions will be much apreciated.

50% VLT? That's not all that dark. Is that the mandatory rating for FL? MD has 35% all around. Anyways, what is that you are look for? Engine Performance? Looks? Handling? If you could get both the tints and spring, it would be nice But, like I said, the question is "what am I looking for in my Camry"?

Lets say looks and hadeling..

FL is 32% but i want lighters just b/c i drive alot at night and still want to be able to see those idiots that love to drive with their quarter/signal lights instead of headlights.
