how can you take off the spray nozzles on your hood? i have a 95 camry and i got something stuck in one of my nozzles so i gotta get it out.
That is a good question. Something possessed me to try to install those cheap hood lights. Luckily for me, I was stopped when I couldn't get them off. Then I went inside and watched TV.

You have to take off the insulation/pad thingy, then you can just pop them out using a flathead screwdriver to push down one of the tabs that holds it in. It's really easy.
i replaced mine with the LED ones. they may be cheap but they looked pretty good. to take off the actual nozzle is a pain though. first, disconnect the rubber tubing that goes under the hood to the nozzle. then take a pair of tweezers. the nozzle has a portruding thing in front and on back that you have to squeeze so it'll pop-off. hard the first time you do it, super easy every other time.

washer LED's....I am not even going to comment on that
They come out really easy...just a little work with a flathead (once the washer line is disconnected), they have a clip in the front and back....should only take a minute or 2 to do.
haha, they're ricy, i agree. but i had a set lying around the house adn my stock nozzles were iffy... it was originally intended to just put them there without wiring but then i tried and it worked. the ones i have are not bright though.... plus they're white in color so they don't really attract cops nor ditract people or burn eyes like red or orange. lastly, unlike some people, i added a switch to them so that they're not always on when my headlights are on.
but yea, as stated previously, they're easy to pop off. the rubber hose leading to them was stiff in mine so it might take a bit of strength to remove it...

Sorry for being a post whore and going a bit off topic but this wasn't worth making a new thread for. But i was wondering about something, can anyone actually say or show where it says that LED washers are legal or not? I've never gotten a straight answer...
