Should i get it Repaired or total it?

hi all,

I have/had a 95 toyota Camry. I got into an accident last week. I hit an SUV at around 35 mph. Airbags opened and everything is safe, just got some bruises. But car's front bumper, radiator are gone. Could you suggest me what to do? Should i total it, since i guess fixing airbags itself will cost a lot? or get it repaired? Since car value was 3500$, i just had liability insurance on it. Now, If i go for repairing it, what would it cost approximately? I am in chicago, in case you know a certain repair shop, please suggest.
thanks in advance.

is the frame of the car damaged, or bent?
bumpers and radiator (and radiator support) are cheap!
Airbags can be bought cheaply too. Its just a matter of if there more going into the car than the car is worth. All this is dependant on if the frame is damaged?

get estimates from several shops...you can get parts really cheap btw. also ask yourself "is the car worth fixing to me?"
