Air Bag repair

Do any one have an Idead that how much usually costs to get airbags repaired? I mean if they were deployed in an accident and then need to be fixed.

just get new undeployed bags from ebay ... they will consist of the bag thingy and the covers (i.e. steering wheel center and the other cover). You'll prolly have to straighten out the sensors in the bumper too.
New they're over $1000usd each, I've seen em on ebay as low as +50usd each.

use part dealers might not want to sell them to you since these are parts where they can get sued if they dont work. also if you find one in a junk yard your a lucky man.

also i dont think they can be repaired we live in a world where when the tank uses all it's air you cant replace it.

airbags dont use tanks of air, they use explosives! its like the equivlent of a 12gauge shotgun blast

i imagine its contained inside the airbag unit.

if you want an airbag....let me know I am going to be removing mine this month....like I need it anyways....j/k. seriously I'd be flexible about it and it is from a 92...PM me on it
