Gen5 Dash And Gear Panel Mod

I just got my dash leds for the cluster and my blue bulbs for my gear shift. I also ordered some halogen bulbs for my fog lights. We'll how this works out. Ppl are afraid to mess around with stuff like that but if it works it comes out nice. I will let you guys know how it went. Off i go to get started

on a 1-10 scale, how difficult was the soldering?? I'm thinking of doing a similar job.

I had previous history on soldering because i used to customize nextels phones. Change lights and all that shit helped me on this. To it was pretty easy. The only problem i had was putting the neddles back where they were suppost to be.
