Mine didn't without modification. It hit the braket above the throttle control on my 5SFE.

I had that same problem. All I had to do was put a washer on the driver side and it raised it up just enough.

i got one as well, a while back, fits fine, although i don't think i've really felt a difference in handleing, maybe a little, but im not much of a racer to really notice a big change.

There really isn't much of a difference. My stepdad got this little device that measure that kind of stuff (I dont' know how accurate it is) and the test he ran only showed an increase of .03g's.
