Please help me with my Camry

Went to start my 1991 Camry last night, and no go. The engine cranks but will not start the car. The battery is NOT dead. All electrical systems in the car are working except the headlights and the radio. (Turn signals, brake lights, and fans all are working.) Tried to jump it just in case the battery was weak, but no go. I checked all of the fuses in the engine compartment and both kick panels, and everything is ok. Any ideas?! Please help me!!!

Might be a long shot, but in the fuse panel that is in the engine bay above the left fender take out the EFI fuse and replace it with the AC fuse. Then try to start it. Same thing happened to my mom's 91 camry a while back. The EFI relay was loose.

Pull a plug to see if you have spark. Next stop is fuel pump.

His headlights and radio don't work either, thus the fuse speculation. Given that, I doubt it's the ignition or fuel pump.

Brian: good luck, we'll get to the bottom of this on Tuesday if you don't have it running by then.

Neither of those systems affect the car starting. He seems to think the fuses are ok. Confirming these items are there, or not, help to narrow down the problem.

Turns out the problem was one of the main power wires was pulled out of the bottom of one of the fusible link connectors on the (+) terminal of the battery. Re-seated it and it started right up.
