final notes -- use a 2.5"-3" adapter for the thorttlebody connection and make sure to use the original clamp, as the 2 wire clamp makes better pressure/grip then a standard flat band.

ignore K&N sticker, thats out on the shelf.

Looks good! Are you going to convert it to a CAI? Here's mine, you'll enjoy a CAI much more...won't lose all that low end torque.

Got a question

Got a question, what engine do you have and where do you install the air filter breather and what does it do? Thanks in advance.

yes its a 6 pot 3vz <-- look at my sig.. i have no need for CAI becuase theres no real heatsoak at speed and i hardly ever give it (street race wise ^^)

also i HAVE NOT noticed a torque loss maybe becuase my car needs a tune up in general lol but when it was first put on, no real loss in torque or any gain at all, i just wanted a steel pipe so i can put the bottle feeder on somewhere securely.

also its very ahrd to make a CAI with my front bumper -- i do not have the side vents, only a smiley mouth middle one, maybe wheni have time ill box the filter off to the wheel well so it doesnt suck any engine bay air in...

the air breathe ris the front bank PCV return, i chose not to use a oil catch can so i just use a breather -- this is not emmisions legal if you do this, PCV must not be atmospherically vented.

the hoses... erm... i dont have any hose i think.... the mini breather is haning off the stock pcv hose cut short, and theres 90 degree elbow bend heater host for the IAC which connects to the original hose.

the soup can is to hole the intake at the correct height without drooping too much for the couplers.
