Ahh, bad day.. ok guys, today I installed an Injen intake for the V6, and when i started everything was fine, but when i turned off the engine and got ready for work, the engine wouldn't even start, just cranked a lil. I jumpstarted the battery and the car started and ran just fine, but when I tested if it would start after I turned off the ignition, it didnt start.. I attempted to disconnect the battery before installation, but the alarm kept going off, so I just installed it with the battery connected, Any ideas?
Did you make sure you sealed it all the way? Any cracks or hole in the intake hose will mess up the engine, or in your case, not start correctly. Check it out with your mechanic.
When I installed my AEM intake on my car, it would idle like crazy and then the engine would die...Took the intake piping off...and it was because I left the stupid AEM decal in the cone filter!!! LOL...
not vacuum leak, even with a leak you would still run.

That's pretty weird...does sound like an MAF problem though. When I put my intake on I had the MAF in backwards at first (didn't mark the pipe ends ), and it did what you described...just cranked a little then died.
eh.... when you installed the intake, did you connect the air sensor thingy? if you didnt, just that little sensor can keep your engine from not working properly, or in your case, not start.
check your batter-chassis ground cable, its probably gone if you were able to jump start (clamping positive and radiator) you probably tore it off mucking around in the engine bay.
