Hi, Jaguar,

Well, suppose I need to open the cover to get and check the high/low beam headlight switch. RIght?

I found no problem with bulbs, fuse, and wiring. So there is just switch left for the problem that I have no high/low beam headlights. No matter what I turn the nob, there is no change in headlights.

Do you know where I can download the repair manual for 99 Camry LE?

Many thanks in advance.

^ You need to remove the cover for the steering column.

The cover is 2 pieces, with screws in the lower piece.

Remove the screws, then seperate the 2 pieces.
