3rd Generation Something up with my "Check engine" light coming on...

My check engine light is on and my O/D off light is flashing, what iis wrong? I rarely use OD so i doubt its that, but hte check engine light is really bothering me, anyone know a fix? it usually just comes on randomly and after awhile like, a day or two goes away, but I'd really like to figure this out.

Any help would be appriciated.

thanks in advance.

His 94 will not be OBD2. OBD2 started in 96. I believe Autozone will only scan OBD2 cars. He can, however, use the skinny at the top of this forum to check for his trouble code. It is actually for a 94.

If it's not OBD2 try shorting the TE1 and E1 in your DLC to get the error code then download the repair manual to check what is the code for. That works with my 93 Camry.
