Rear passenger side window

Is there any way that I can make the rear passenger windows go all the way down. The way that most luxury cars like the IS300, and other cars can. Is there a clip that makes the window stop on the way down the door? Or would I need to buy something from parts of the front door so that I would have to put into the rear doors?

it can't go all the way down because the wheel well gets in the way unless it turns the window to an angle like some intergras do
