This will probably be an easy one for someone to answer, but I'm about to order a brake master cylinder for my '95 Camry LE and I don't think it has ABS brakes but I'm not 100% sure of that. How can I find out for sure? I have the original window sticker and it says nothing about ABS on it. I was trying to search for info on the VIN # thinking I could tell by that, but not having much luck.
Cool, thanks for the info... I don't have an ABS dashboard light when the car is first started so I'm going to take it for granted that I don't have ABS and order the master cylinder for my Camry w/o ABS.
Tommy,... so in order to have an ABS system you have to have 4 wheel disc brakes??
not really, but toyota made their camrys with abs have discs all round.

new generation toyota vehicles can have abs if it's disc front/ drum rear.
this is what the ABS unit looks like if you were to have one...i doubt you have one:
and this is from the link AZnvR4 provided:

Like RningOnFumes showed you, the 95 should have the same unit, same place if you have ABS.

2005 Camry LEs have Drums in the rear "And" ABS are standard. So I don't know, but ABS mostly works on the Front Brakes. The rear brakes are used as Parking/Emergency Brakes, and sometimes, if you DO have ABS with rear discs, it'll use the rear brakes along with the ABS, like my FX does.
Now can someone answer me this question? How does my rear brake pads fade faster than my front ones? It just defies the Law of Brake Systems.
