Power Steering Pump-Belt Removal

First off I have a 94 Camry V6 LE, 1MZ-FE. And for the life of me I cant get the power steering belt off. I've loosened the pivot bolt on the bracket (see picture below), but its still not moving. So what am I missing, is there some other bolt that has to be loosened?

(loosened pivot bolt, large bolt near the middle of the screen)

Cheers,
Brian

Thank you, I took off the entire bracket and that did it. At first it seemed stuck in place, but then I just decided to pull really hard on the belt and that finally moved the pump so I could get the belt off.

Cheers,
Brian
