4th Generation Lower Control Arm bushing....

Ok well here is the deal I recently not to long ago posted once that my new tires were pulling to the left and right and when I took my car to the mechanic he said something about my strut being bent well thats not true....actually my lower control arm bushings.....are worn out like a MOFO!! and I already bought some replacement bushings but when I noticed that on the driver side bushing there is tranny oil there and I do not know how in the hell I have tranny oil there in the first place....but I do have tranny oil here.....Evertime I try cleaning or in other words soaking up the oil that somehow gets up here I always see a little bit here and when I follow it down it hits directly on the lower control arm bushing....

BUT my question is do I have to buy some type of grease or lubrication to cover the bushings, so they won't get eaten away from oil, after I get them pressed in? And about the tranny leak I really cannot see where this thing is leaking from but here is a pic...

youre not supposed to get oil on it in the first place.. no need for grease on rubber, but youll need grease for polyurethane (it shoudl coem with the bushings if htey are this material)

Yeah i know your not supposed to grease the rubber but I mean is there a way to protect it from oils and other anti-rubber stuff?
