I have a similar problem, dealing with the strut bearings at the front of the car. I get this awful creaking noise coming from the top strut mounts when steering at low speed. I suspect the shop that installed my tein/tokicos failed to repack the bearing with grease. Tried squirting some oil through the top mounts with mixed results.

I had the same problem and solved by using a water resistant synthetic oil spray made by CRC and have had no problems since.

Na i sprayed the top of the strut from in the engine bay. Basicly soaked it in spray, wiped off the excess and that seems to have fixed the problem.
