are you failing because the parts aren't CARB exempt or because you are emitting too much whatever?
If its due to a CARB violation you may have some trouble finding somewhere to pass you. If you consistently fail you can get a waiver, but there are other steps involved.

put the stock exhaust back on, pass, change it again

125 front wheel horsepower with major retard issues between 4500-5200RPM -
OD switched off, even when not in 3rd results in major power loss/rpm drop.
i dont have my stock exhaust...my car passes the emissions but fails the visual...i think i got a handle on someone who will pass me...but if anyone has an extra full exhaust for future uses that would be great.
