Gen5 Seat belt adjusters rattle like crazy

My 2004 Camry's seat belt adjusters (those things built into the center pillars where you can raise or lower the height of the seat belt) rattle like a sonofabitch all the time the car is moving. It's not a loud rattle, but since it's coming from the pillar right next to your ear while you're driving it's enough to drive someone mad.

I'm not really experienced at pulling off interior panels or else I'd jump right in there and start trying to insulate the damned thing asap. Anyone have a suggestion, or a good way for removing the outside of the adjusters to get at the internal parts? Is it just a matter of pulling hard until it comes off and then pushing it back in? I'm afraid I'm going to cause more trouble than I can fix.

Yes, it's only a toyota. everything is held in with clips. make sure you pull as close to straight out as possible and work your way around. but before you do that, maybe you should go aorund and try pushing it in- maybe one of them is already out and rattling.

On the opening, see if you could slide a business card in there, and see if that helps.
If it does, get some foam tape, pry off the cover and add some tape.
