I saw they got the bosch e46 projectors for only $99 and locally found someone with x5 projectors for 110. Only thing concerned me is both are single, not bi-xenon.
And do I need to purchased D2S bulbs w/ new set of modules or I could just use the current kit I got and use that with my projectors?
Also I want to get gen 4.5 lenses, so I dont have to sand the headlight down! Anyone know I can just the clear lenses?
I really hope I can get this done by the end of summer!

OK, first off, I assume you bought the D2S HID kits from XenonDepot.....andway, 4300K Phillips, pros on your buying.
If you can get your hand on Bi-xenon HIDs, great, if you cant, and only get single, it's all good. The reason is Bi-xenon HID are design to work as highbeam and lowbeam, on the bi-xenon projector, there's a motor to lower the cut-off shield when you want to use highbeam. But, HID is bright enough so I dont think you would need highbeam, unleass you want to flash people on the road
For your second question, if you purchased the HID kits with D2S bulb, then it's fine, u dont need to get new bulbs, but if you get D2R bulbs, then you need to get D2S bulbs to get good lights
The difference between D2S bulbs and D2R bulb is that D2S bulbs are used in PROJECTOR HID's like ........... lets see..BMW, and D2R bulbs are used in REFECTOR HID's like some old Mercedes cars
About the lenses, I dont know, they look the same size, probably your best bet is to go to junk jar, pick up a pair of gen 4.5 headlights and try to see they match, if not, sand the old lenses down since you have to take the headlight housing apart for retrofitting anyway
Hope this help
