Tire size question.

Hi guys,

I just got some 19X8" with 45 offset Konig tantrums, now I am looking for some tires...
And I found a great deal on 245 35 ZR 19...(cheaper than 235 35 ZR 19) Will it be ok to buy these tires for my Solara? Solara will be lowered with Eibach springs soon. I know 245 35 ZR 19 tire will fit nicely with the rim, but I am not sure if it will rub the fenders or springs...

Well I think you might have rubbing problems. I researched it all when I was looking at doing rims for my 2000 solara, I was going to get the tantrums but the 45 offset was a little much for the drop. I got 18'' Nakayama's with 40 offset. I have the 1.6'' eibach drop and have no rubbing problems, I have a 225/40/18 tire on.

I think with 19'' with a 45 offset with the drop you might have to roll your fenders to avoid rubbing.

hey,
that doesn't sound right..

40 offset should stick out more than 45 offset.

So I might rub the springs instead of fenders.
