Stinky AC

Anyone know where the condensate drain tube is on a 98 5sfe? I've searched and that may be the problem to my stinky AC. I've tried spraying some air freshner in the outside vents under the windshield, but it only helps temporarily. Any other recommendations on fixing it?

The heat isn't that hot tho. I don't see how it'd kill it, if anything it'd probably make the bacteria/fungus or whatever grow better and faster.
