FOR V6 94 camry
I don't have a 94 Camry, but on my 97 V6, i have a custom generic flowmaster setup that sounds really nice, plus it has dual chambers and dual tips. It sounds like a V8 when the car starts up. Its a little bothersome at first, but on the highway at higher speeds 70+, you can barely hear it

Get a Magnaflow muffler, and make sure it's not a canister style (ie. round cylinder).

yeah dont get the Arospeed bomb muffler if you dont want to be noticed. It is really loud with my V6 and i mainly think the resonator is what makes it so loud.

dont think its the resonator.....the resonator is suppose to quiet it down a lil...

does anyone know if those silencers work very well?

The resonator makes a deeper exhaust sound, but it also quiets it too. That's why I had my taken off.

Perhaps the WorldSport muffler will suit you guys. I've heard rave reviews regarding that muffler, and people say it's close to stock, just a tad bit deeper. I'm not sure if they make applications for Gen3's though.

i see what you are saying. The resonator "cleans" up the sound a little cause my dad and i took the muffler off to see what is sounded like and it sounded almost exactly the same maybe not quite as loud

My muffler has a silencer and it does work well but i dont like to use it because with the like 1 inch tip i am afraid it might cause to much pressur on the engine (but i worry to much anyway)

I always wondered why people put the silencers in. They get a muffler to reduce back pressure, then they cause more but putting the silencer in.

i've always thought unless youre running some sort of forced induction you wouldnt need to upgrade the exhaust system. all a muffler and resonator does is makes it quieter as the exhaust is vented.
