3rd Generation Bearing Plate?

well i went to the service station and my car is el screwed. BLOWN STRUTS and supposedly need new bearing plates. I ordered new KYB struts but i cant find any bearing plates :X does anyone know of a place where i could get them for a decent price, the guy told me it was like 150 a pplate and that was a shock. Thanks, wow this sucks. word of advice do it all at once

What year is your Camry? The Gen 3's are different from the Gen 3.5's The bearing plate is in the spring seat on the Gen 3's while it is in the Mount on the 3.5's. Try www.speedycarparts.com.

Ahh, I see when I clicked on ur link. I would just goto the Toyota dealer and get a price. The bearing plate on ur car is part of the strut mount assembly.

Oh, by the way, your driver side strut mount is installed incorrectly from what it looks in the picture. The green dots should face the outside of the car. They are indicators on which way the mounts should be turned. Passenger side looks good though.
