In that price are the parts included or just labor. If the parts are included are those OEM parts and if they are and they are included that is a good price.

Shit... It's 600 for Hondas because they won't change the timing belt unless you change the water pump and all the drive belts at the same time... 600 or nothing for Hondas.

I got a coupon saying $275 (US) for the timing belt change at my dealer

With that job being done, and milage / kms were not posted, I am going to suggest the water pump, thermostat and the gaskets, etc, because of the car's age.
You may also want to shell out for the coolant bypass hose, cam, crank seals and oil pump seals.

That is just a suggestion, not knowing if it was done previously.

I usually do a major tune up every 9800 - 11000 km. My 94 V6Le have 307000 km on it already, last major tune up was at 205000, with timing belt, water pump, spark plug, cv boot... and brakes was done on 225000 km (back) and 270000 (front). He charge me 320$ cdn include toyota orginal part, But I am not sure should I change the water pump again, since they are not cheap.

yeah timing belt for the B5 Passat I had was quoted near $1,000 at the dealer; I kid you not! Going to the Camry has been a very cost efficient decision.
