50k Miles Since Last TuneUp- Noticing Missfire

This is a 1992 V6SE. Which platinum spark plugs would be best. They performed the last tune up with Boch parts. I'm thinking to only change the spark plugs and fuel filter. Wires should be good right. Those have been 50,000 hard miles, mostly nyc driving. I'm guessing Boch is pretty good then. The car was driven hard. Now for the past wk i've been noticing light misfires. It comes once in a while. It didn't misfire yesterday or the day before. But I know that it was never there before.
Also:
- How much to change the injectors?

- How much to change the Distributor and whatever goes w/ it?

Denso or NGK spark plugs. Its what Toyota recommends.

Injectors do not have to be changed unless their faulty. Same with the distributor.

On the distributor the only parts that need changing are:

1. Distributor cap

2. Rotor

3. Spark plug wires

definetly use denso plugs, toyotas do not seem to like anything but, also make sure do a major tune up....cap, rotor and wires, the wires wear quickily on v-6 engines
