Power Windows sticking

When opening anyone of my power windows, I hear a thump and I know its sticking and I dont know why it does this. I don't want my window motor going on me because of a power surge.
It doesnt matter if outside temperature is Cool or Hot. Top 1/2 inch of each window has a film on it and I've scraped it off and it still sticks.

possibly the regulator - it shouldn't normally fail that new, but could be malfunctioning.

Think about trying a little grease along the rubber gasket of the window channel? Might keep it from sticking, and if it doesn't work, wipe it off.

Is it cool to use white lithium grease on the rubber track sections? I need to lube mine up as well but what should I use. I dont want it to eat the rubber up?

yeah the top of the window is sticking in the moulding, get some rubber care and apply to the moulding, it softens and moisturizes the rubber, it will take care of your problem.

What do you mean by "rubber care"? Is this an Armor All like product or something different. Basically, I have this same issue and would like to know the specific product to purchase from AutoZone.

Thanks much.
