Thumbs down Rough-Rider but only at 70 mph

Vehicle: 1998 Toyota Camry LE 5SFE 2.2L
Annoyance: Right around 70 mph the whole car gets pretty shaky. All speeds below are nice and pretty smooth.
My Solution: It is my belief that the tires are in need of a serious balancing and alignment. Possibly as I have concluded from an earlier post on something else that one of my tires belts have moved to the side of the tire causing it to even pull the car. So I may need to even replace a tire, but I'll have it looked at first.

Lemme know if you all concur or disagree!

My brother had a similar problem and solved it with balancing and alignment. I don't know what speeds he was getting this, but everything was rotated and balanced and it came out fine
