Both things, by the look of it are possibly out of your brake fluid resivior, see if there is a filter in there. if not then it may be from your washer bottle. If your car's electrical seals are all ok, then a simple hose down will not stop the engine, i dont think the newer camrys have dizzys so I dont think there is much to worry about unless water gets in the plug tubes or it got blasted with high pressure water or something
honestly, i would look at one of the fluid containers.
usually, they have a strainer there and look and see if they r missing one of them.
there is the Power steering container, windsheild washing container, etc
i dont think the white thing is from your car, i have torn that engine apart many a time and never seen it, but the filter/mesh thing, goes inside your washer fluid reservoir.. pretty certain..
