3rd Generation Installin my CF hood and now car wont start , WTf =/

dang , today me and a friend was installin my carbon fiber hood , ok imma say exactly what i did.... , and hopefully someone has done the same and can resolve this problem for me.

1. Unbolt most of the screws for the stock hood..
2. There was a couple screws couldnt get to cause the votage box was in the way..
3. Unscrewed the Votage Box (TOP LEFT ENGINE SIDE) and got the left side of the hood Shock off..
4. Seems like im having trouble with the right Shock..(Bolt was so teared up) , no choice but to replace a new right side shock...
5. So Basically i got a hammer and ripped off the bottom side of where the shock was connected .. (Was connected to some hose , look like it was coming from my ignition to the motor power...?? , (TOP right corner)
6. i ripped it off pretty clean , and was planning to replace the right shock , i didn't seem to do any damage.. because it look like only a metal plate and a turning bolt came off.. ,
7. blah blah then i put my cf hood on and i cant because theres these 2 metal peices sticking up on each side of my engine, look like safety arrows pointing up that goes into my stock hood.. but thats not the problem..
8. so i decide to put my stock hood back on and go look at my friend camry ( the person who sold me the cf hood) i start the car and nothing happens!

I know its not my battery because its only 2 months old.. and i didn't even touch it.. , cannot be the fuses.. , My headlights are working.. the beeping noise works when i open the door with the key in the ignition.. , When i turn the key to start the car , it doesnt even make a sound.. no click no nothing , just dead silence! ... Radio doesnt work.. , Air dont work .. Nothing works.. , Before this my car was running nice and starting beautiful.. can someone please help me..

Thanks TN...
