Red face idle speed control.. help!

Two days ago my 03 camry suddenly developed surging idle speed. As I increase throttle angle in neutral to 1800 RPM, suddenly drops to 1500. As I continue to increase idle gradually, I observe idle jumping up and down +/- 200-300 RPM until 2500.

Acceleration under load is normal. No pinging or missing. Distributor is original, plug wires original.

I suspected idle speed control. Do you agree? I understand this can be cleaned and/or replaced. Do you recommend cleaning on or off the car?

I am also on the lookout for aftermarket radiator support, mine is a US built camry, can anyone recommend me one?

Kindly extend your help guys.. Thanks!

The idle speed control valve can cause idle problems, it's located on the throttle body, the throttle body has to be removed from the intake chamber then the ISC valve can be removed and cleaned with a spray throttle body cleaner at the same time clean the throttle body thouroughly on the inside, use the spray cleaner and a bruch to remove all the carbon, re assemble everything and it should fix the problem.
Radiotor Support, here are some choices if you want to look on. i think most US built supports are offered cheaper by this time. now would be the pefect time to purchase them.
