I found a hole on the drivers side that goes right through the firewall. Its a small hole (about the size of a pencil) that is filled in with some sort of goo (silicone i think). I just pulled all the crap out and used my handy hand drill to make it bigger, and i ran my 4 gauge wire through. Its very easy to get to, just look above the break to the left some, and there it is.

I did what everyone else did as well, i ran it under the trim.

Make sure you keep signal (speaker and RCA) cables AWAY from power lines. I kept all my power lines on the drivers side bottom trip, and my RCA cables on the passanger side. Also, i routed my speaker wires on the top trim to keep the speaker wires completly away from power lines.

6 inches up and left to the brake pedal there is an inch wide hole that i was able to fit 4 gauge through. u will have to temp take out the grommet to be able to fit a decent size wire there.

Use the pre-existing hole by the brake pedal. It goes through the firewall, into the wheel well, and back out into the engine bay. It might be kinda difficult to get there because you have to take the wheel well lining off to run from the firewall to the engine bay, but its easier than drilling a new hole or anything like that. I can get some pics if you want.
