Help with rims and tires!!!
Hey guys..i have been contemplating on whether to get 17 or 18in rims for my car for a while now...I like the look of 18s much better but i also drive my car about 30mins every other day..So i dont want to be having to change my tires every 3 months...tires are a little more expesive for 18s but i saw some Kuhmo 712s for like $113 a piece at tire rack..but I know the tread life on those tires are not to high..has anyone had experience on these Kuhmos..how many miles do they normally get, on everyday day(normal) driving? traction? quality? I do not need tires for superb handling or traction just tires with good tread life...
Are there any tires out there for 18s that are reasnobly priced with good tread life?
Also my other question was whether i am going to feel a big difference in driving on 17s or 18s? Will the handling be better or worse?
